TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teaching is about versatile communication. In order to engage everyone, I bring in physical samples, demonstrate while explaining the science behind the process, tell a joke to help the students remember an important detail, tell the truth when it comes to safety, and most important always explain why.
Encouragement, skillset, concept, safety, science, experimentation, and research together support relevant art, science, and successful people alike. To be an effective teacher means to be insightful, empathetic, dedicated, and to always be researching and learning, because the best teachers are lifelong students.
